2-Piece LWB Driveshaft

I have an OEM 2 piece driveshaft from a 72 LWB leaf sprung C/20. It includes the TH350 yoke, and the carrier bearing mounting bracket. This carrier bearing "hangs" as opposed bolting to the bottom of the x-member. There are 3 sets of vertical holes on either side of the OEM x-member, and this bracket mounts there. It obviously needs new u-joints and I would also put in a new carrier bearing. $40 plus shipping.
