Switch questions

Is a toggle switch that will fill and dump one bag called a DPDT? How many prongs does it have?

Suicide doors have switches that have 3, 6, and 12 prongs. What do each of those do?

I'm seeing SPDT ON/OFF/ON momentary switches on ebay. So I'm confused as to what type of switch will fill and dump a single bag.

I'm leaning towards five switches: fill and dump for each corner and one switch to fill/dump all four at once.

Thanks for the help.
