Three In the tree

Good evening, i am in the middle of rebuilding my truck. I bought it with a mild build small block and that lasted for three days. i am now installing a mild build 402 BB. Here is my problems. The truck came to me with a three speed. someone got rid of the three on the tree and put in on the floor. I really like the look and fun to drive of a three on the tree. I know the shifts are slower but i have always wanted one. My tranny seems to be ok but i discovered a crack in the cluch disk today. i would like to put the the TITT back in. Does anyone have a stock shifter and all the set up i need to put back to stock. also does anyone have good advice for a cheaper clutch. my budget is WAY over.
