Circuit Rider mini set back...
I stopped in Friday to see how the Circuit Rider was coming along. Curt is very close to wrappping it up but has three issues which I didn't anticipate:
1) My battery would no longer hold a charge. The battery looks like it just came off the shelf but then I remember it's at least three years old. I guess the 2 1/2 yrs. in the body shop and not being used was not a good thing. 2) My Master Cylinder is bad-I purchased from Rock Auto as they had the best price. It has been in storage for almost two years-now I find out it's defective. 3) I bought a new set of spark plus wire of this board-I come to find out these are for Ford and not GM as the caps are the the GM fittings. I guess what I have learned is if you buy parts...don't buy them to far in advance if you don't have a way of testing them plus if you can test them-then do so.
