Hello from NE Texas!

Hey guys just wanted to say HELLO! I live in Palestine, Texas and been lurkin' around here for awhile. I always wanted a 67-72 but just couldnt find the right one. I really didnt want a rust bucket cause Im not to keen on bodywork and dont really have the money to pay for it to be done. Anyway found a 67 SWB stepside, all original with 292 and 4spd, only rust is under battery tray and pass. fender. It was a Lipscomb County truck (panhandle of Texas) for who knows how long. It has never been messed with, all original. Owners manual and Protect-O-Plate in the glove box. Plans are to swap to fleetside bed, install 454 and TH400 and do a 4/6 drop on it and get it in some flat black paint prolly. Its a hideous orangey red right now. No pics yet.
