Can someone measure column length for me?
Does anyone have a steering column pulled out of a truck and could measure the lenght for me? Like from the front of the column hub (not including steering wheel) to the bottom of the column (not including shaft).
This would be a big help, long story short, I no longer have any 73-87's but i have a backhalfed '51 ford that has an 80's gm column but i don't know if its a car or truck column and its kind of fubar so I want to swap it out with another one. Any help would be great, thanks,
