shaved firewall fuse panel help

I just got my truck parts & pieces back from paint. As soon as I get the frame done I am going to start on the cab.My problem is that after shaving the firewall I'm trying to come up with a place/way to mount the fuse panel without drilling /welding. I screwed by not welding studs prior to paint.I am thinking maybe putting it behind seat, I'm putting the battery under the bed so everything is not stock at all.I'm using a E-Z wiring harness.Any suggestions or ideas?
