Need help lifting 2wd C20 a little

If it was a 1/2 ton and short bed, I'd slam this thing with a static drop within an inch of its life. But its not, its a solid work truck. I already have a show truck, I need a rugged truck. I kinda wish it was 4x4, but I can always swap frames one day. For now, it is what it is.

In this pic the motor is out, and the hood is off, so the front end sits high and nice. With the motor in and hood on, it sags in the front. In the rear it has a huge amount of leaf springs cause it is a camper special, in the front it has coils.

Here is my truck.

I have two questions.

1. How do I go about lifting the front of this truck an inch or a few? I'd like it to sit like the one below.....

2. In the same picture above, I love those newer HD wheels he has on there. Are those a direct fit? Meaning is the 8 lug pattern the same. I'd love to swap to those.....Thanks everyone in advance!
