air shocks?

The springs on my lowered truck are really soft... makes for a nice ride when everything is empty.

Back in the day (yeah, I'm old), you could purchase air shocks and just pump them up via a regular shreader valve located in a conveniant spot... sort of like bags but without a compressor.

It would be a simple/cheaper solution then air bags but I can't find any. Do they still make them, and for our trucks?
