rewiring giving me a head ache

I bought a 72 Chevy step side two weeks ago. It's been rebuilt with a smaller V6. But it's ok and its running well. But here's the list of electrical problems

-Cab light
-Revers light
-Brake light (currently ghetto zip tied to work)
-Cigarette lighter
-Stereo (n/a currently, looking to buy one soon)
-Air conditioning
-Windshield wipers

Is all this worth fixing from stock? or should I get a new harness/fuss box and rewire the whole truck?

Currently the cab is stripped inside. So I have easy access to everything. I want to get this electrical done before I paint.

ps. I'm used to working on bikes, but cars are a whole new ball game. This truck will be my learning project so take it easy on me
