700R4 Rebuild Options

I have basically a stock TBI 350 in my 1990 Suburban along with the stock rear end. I would like to build up the new 700R4 somewhat... I plan on adding the Super Servos at a later point. I'm having a local shop rebuild it for me. What torque converter, shift kit or anything else would I go for? I plan on building things up as I have the money and would like a transmission that can more than handle the stock and soon to be upgraded engine. Tips or ideas?
