Fix my carb!

hey gentle men i need your help.
simply TELL ME what powervalve jets and vac secondary spring i need on my holley 670
unfortunatley the 670 has to stay cant afford to swap down to a 630.

im having issues at half to full throttle with "popping" as in it feels the same as a lack of fuel delivery.

so here's the specs
block
350 bored .060 over

Federal Mogul 350 cast pistons .060 over

crank is
3932442 3.48 69-85 2.45/2.10 cast large journal

heads are casting number 462624
76-87 1.94/1.50
& 2.02/1.60 76 CC Chambers

cam
RENEGADE PN 158881
dur@.050 Int 234 exh 244
vaulve lift int .488 exh .510
cam produces 18 lbs of vaccum on my set up. which is alot for the style of cam it is..

intake edlebrock perfromer RPM highrise

spacerplate (1in)

msd street fire distro
timing is currently set at 12 degrees
with the silver accel spring kit springs same as "stock" for the distro)
and accel shorty header plugs.

carb holley 670 carb with 73 primary jets and 74 secondary
i do believe i have a 65 powervalve installed (need help HERE!)
manual choke

now what powre valve , secondary spring and jets do you reccomend?

please dear god help because ive confused myself so bad on this carb im just restarting over.
and also do you think i should switch to a higher volume fuel pump? im running a stock and i beleive it's off of the "old 305" that was in the truck, but hell it was new so i kept it.
thanks!
