switching from manual to electric regulators

i have a set of lmc regulators that are bound up so tightly the windows won't go up and down anymore (don't question if they are really stuck because i've had three master ASE techs check it out, one of the perks of being at school for this stuff, and they are binding) the question is...

i have a painless harness installed that has all the wiring for electric windows, but can i convert easily or are there hidden tricks i'm missing? how would i run them since my interior is finished and i cant just remove the window cranks, is there a way to leave a crank looking lever that runs the auto windows?

i've already found the parts for the windows but i don't know if i should go manual or electric i dont mind the manual windows but it would be cool to have automatics for showyness or whatever and since i have to replace...
