Custom Headliner

I am wanting to have a quieter cab and was thinking about a padded cloth headliner like later model trucks have. One that would cover all the metal overhead. I have seen on a TV show a sprayed in and then sculpted with a hot knife type headliner that later was covered with headliner cloth. Another way to make the shell to cover might be fiberglass??? Not sure how that could be done though. What about a junkyard headliner from a late model modified to fit? In all these senarios I still need to figure out how to attach it to the truck roof.
Does anyone have any ideas?
