Excellent trip - AB, MT, WY, CO

Just got back from an excellent trip. My wife and I took my 69 Chev and a buddy took his 72 GMC and we went from Calgary AB to Cheyenne WY for the rodeo and then on to Denver CO and Mt Evans CO (elev: 14000 ft), back to Cheyenne, then Cody WY, then though Yellowstone park, Glacier park and back home. 2580 miles in total. The only problem we had was when I broke a rocker arm on the first day in Collins MT, I had lots of tools and parts so it only slowed us down about 45 mins.

I averaged about 15.7 mpg with 350, 200 4R, 3.73s . I didn't it was too bad considering the elevation difference and how rich my truck was running the whole time.
My buddy averaged about 8.5 with his 406 , 350
turbo, 3.42s. His truck works pretty good but it won't spin the tires on wet pavement at 14000 ft above sea level when jetted for 2000 ft.
