Here is the 91 Suburban diagram from my good friend Cableguy:
C11 of the DRAC will go to the A10 terminal on the 24 pin connector of the ECM (curcuit #437, wire color-brown), This is needed for TCC, EGR & IAC functions.

C9 of the DRAC will need to be hooked to a ignition hot (curcuit #50, wire color-brown)
