Question Questions about 67-68 hubcaps

OK, I've seen at least 3 different styles of the 67-68 Chevy dog dish caps:
Red and white painted
silver painted with red and black accents
and chrome/stainless with red and black accents.
OK, so my question is what was used when and on what kind of truck?

I'm guessing:
Red and white painted was standard in 67?
Silver painted with red and white accents was standard in 68?
Chrome/stainless with black and red accents was optional in 67 and 68?

Any Help?
