Blinker help....please read

Yes I know there are a ton of threads on it and YES I did search (for about three hours) and have not found a thread with my problems...so here goes, To start out with I have three of the four lights working properly except the front passenger turn light. With the lights off it seems to blink at a normal rate, but it is very dim, the back passenger light is normal brightness...when i turn the lights on the right turn indicator stays on in the dash (not dim like everyone elses) and I have no park light on that side (just in the front the rear is fine)...when I turn on the blinker it is very slow and is not as bright as the drivers side blinker. Also the side marker does not light up with park lights in the front and it blinks in unison with the blinker....the driver side side marker alternates the blink with the blinker and is lit with the park lights. So it seems all my problems are the front passenger light, probably wiring..well I checked and rechecked all that and compared it to the wiring diagram and all seems to check out..I did find out that the side marker was wired into the same wires as the blinker (so that explains the side marker problems) but then I cant seem to find how that side marker is supposed to be wired, possibly that whole wire is missing, but I cant find it cut anywhere....also I took the lenses off and turned on the blinkers..the drivers side blinks with the short element and the parks is the long element..the passenger side the tall element blinks (very dim and is the wrong element) and nothing happens with the short one(1157 bulb)...when I turn on the flashers everything blinks together, but the passenger is is not blinking with the same element as the driver side..it seems that this light is backwards or something else.....here is what I did, changed all bulbs, switched the wires to the pass blinker, checked and taped questionable wires, found as many ground in the engine bay and tightened them, checked the flasher relays (swapped the haz and blink) checked the floor high/dim switch, checked the wiring to the back....could the switch in the steering colum have anything to do with this..it is broke, but it still activates the blinkers, I just have to manually put the blinker lever to the middle........anything else I should check??

Sorry this is a long post, but it is just one of those probs that is just driving me nuts
