Frame question?

I went to pick up my frame off of my trailer tonight and noticed it gave a little more on the drivers side when i picked it up. It is like it is twisted. When i welded the step notch in i had it level and supported. I dont think it is a big deal, I hope not anyway. Has anyone noticed this on your frame. It lifts about two inches higher when you start to feel the wieght of it. I think once i get the wieght of the truck on it, it will be fine. Any comment or suggestions would be great, thanks again Daniel.
