1962 correct replacment panel

Hello all, I am soon to be ordering some replacement panels for my 62. I am needing confirmation the in the pic below that the proper piece of sheet metal would be the passenger rear floor panel? I dont want to order the wrong piece. Also by the looks of the missing metal would it be safe to assume both the inner and outer rockers should be replaced as well? I have seen on some of the panel sites that the talk about a slide on reocker panel. Can someone please enlighten me. Thanks to all in advance,
