Lower Control Arm Bushing Torque?

I am replacing the control arm shafts with new moog ones on my 67 and in my 67 Chassis Service Manual, all it say is "Adjust shaft until it is centered in control arm, then turn bushings in and torque to specifications". But I can't see where is says what these torque specifications are. Does anyone know?

While I am at it, the upper torque specs say 95ft/lb. Does that sound right?

This is my first time doing this...
