specific fuel tank questions

i've read every thread on this board involving fuel tanks relocation and i have a couple of questions specific to my situation.

i plan on using a blazer tank in the spare tire space and putting the fuel fill under a hinged license plate.

other than the spare tire cross member, are there any modifications to the frame?

are there any modifications needed to be made to the tank to make it fill from the rear?

does anyone sell a hinged license plate bracket, or do i need to go to the junkyard?

does anyone make a patch panel to cover the original fill location?

is there a need for a different fuel pump because of the different location?

thanks alot for any help you guys might be able to offer. this board is an invaluable resource as i get into the meat and potatoes of the resto.
