got some parts im wondering WIW

i have an engine that was on my cousins 65 impala. its supposed to be a 327. It was in great running condition but my cousin wanted a 350 so he paid an inlaw whos a mechanic a grand to swap engines. he came and pulled off this engine and left it plus his new performance crate engine on the ground and never finished it.
wiw or should i just scrap it? remove parts off it?

this is a carter carb that came on my 71. it was running but idk the condition of this. number is 4C4 9636S



these came on my shortframe. it had these on it to allow newer style rims on it.


this is a tailgate off a long 71 fleet. No dents that i see just on the trim.
