700R4 Lockup Switch Wiring

Got this off our site and it looks good to me. Anyone have any comments. I'm just going to run it off the toggle and not worry about the brake cancel or vacumn switch so I'm just going with 12 volts (using the 12 volt line from the old vacumn switch run to the toggle and then to the trans). The TV cable is already hooked up as i never took it loose when pulling the engine and trans together from the donor truck. Just one question on the grounds "D" & "B" on the diagram. Would I need both? Where should they be grounded? to the body, frame or elsewhere? Comments please
