Is this 05 Duramax a good deal?

My father is looking at a 05 Duramax with 40,000miles. The truck is very clean and very well kept. It is fully loaded with bose stereo, bucket cloth seats, power everything, and even a sunroof. The truck does not have the steering wheel controls or the 6disc changer but other than that the truck has all the options it can have. The guy ordered if from the factory so he picked what he wanted and didnt want. Him and my father agreed on 25,000 for the truck but my father hasnt bought it yet the guy comes down tomorrow and just wanted to see what you guys thought.
