Steering Column: D shaft to splined shaft coupler?

I installed a new ididit "knockoff" steering column that I picked up at a swap meet for a song. The column has a D shaft, while the steering box shaft requires a splined shaft. Does anyone make an adapter or a shaft that will accept the D shaft from the column and bolt to the original steering box?

Also, does anyone know what the part # for the flat column plug to curved under dash harness plug adapter is?

Thanks and thanks!
