JCD Registered User Join Date: Sep 2010 Location: Los Angeles California Posts: 352	Extra digit in the vin Forgive me if this has been covered before.. I did a search and came up empty.. I have an extra digit in the beginning of my Truck VIN.. It begins with a CC instead of the C it should.. My only thinking was that it was a California VIN .. Anyone? J.
