Wheel stud problem...again. This time with pics! Anyone that uses spacers, click me!

I needed longer studs for the truck. Its a 74 GMC K1500.
The new wheels required a spacer to keep everything from hitting the back of the wheel. With the spacer installed, it only leaves 4 full spins on a lugnut.

I ordered the right set from Summit, but got studs with absolutely no shoulder.
Where can I get factory spec LONGER lugnuts? Ive looked harder than you would think. Orielly, Jegs, Autozone, Summit...checked ALL the 4WD shops in OKC. Called ALOT of tire shops too. Nothing.

I KNOW there are people who have this problem. How do you fix it?!?!?! Please dont just throw out uneducated suggestions. Any help is appreciated, but right now I need personal experience stories. Im kind of tired of looking like an idiot when I walk into places. Cus I know exactly what Im talking about.
