Sonicman Registered User Join Date: Jul 2010 Location: Denton, TX Posts: 155	Ignition coil? I have a 69 C10 with the 250 inline 6. It does not have an ignition coil. I guess it doesn't have to have one, since mine runs fine without it. Should I have one? What is it's purpose? I noticed it on another member's 250 L6. I also noticed it in LMC catalog, it claims improved gas mileage. Any knowledge would be great.
