you guys won't believe this but here goes. i usually work the summers at this local boys and girls club. i run the pool for them in the summer. i was looking around the building and i fund a big block chevy sitting in one of the closets back by the pool. i asked who the engine belonged to and no one knew i was told it had been setting there for the last 5 years and that i could have it if i wanted it. of course i said yes. i checked the numbers on the block and this is what i got . 3937724 could someone please tell me what size big block this is. i am hoping for a 454 so i can stroke it up to a 496.
