Grafting frame horns

Ok guys, my frame was cut for a rollpan by a PO, just in front of radiator support mounts. I have frame horn sections, going all the way behind the steering box mount area. Where do you think the best place to cut would be? I'll obviously try and reinforce the area, but wondering where the easiest spot would be to line up, and minimize the stress issue on the graft point.
