350 heads on a 307?

I have a 307 that needs heads on it and I have some off of a '71 350 the casting is 3932441 these are the stats for them

76 CC Chambers
Intake flow 152 CFM
Exhaust flow 93.2 CFM

and valves

1.94/1.50

I will be running a 280h comp cam with a weiand intake and a eddy 4bbl 600 cfm carb. my question is will I run into any issues with compression or anything? I know 307s are the "red headed step child and all but I like it.
I will also be running flow tech headers with cherry bomb glass packs straight off the headers.

thanks in advance.
