Bent shackle?
I was working under my truck last night (adjusting clutch and final tightening on all the new tranny parts, NV4500 / NP241 are in!) and noticed that the passenger's side front spring shackle is "offset" - that is, the end of the spring is about 3/4" to the left of the top of the shackle.
The spring looks square on the axle and nothing is bent - is the shackle supposed to be straight (I assume so) or offset? The driver's side is not offset.
