Replacing lower control arm

my driver side lower control arm is bent and may be causing my vibration problem. i'm going to pull a LCA off a truck at pick n pull and have a shop press in new bushings and a ball joint. what's the easiest way to swap out the LCA? things to watch out for?

i was thinking, remove the tire, break the ball joint loose from the spindle, unbolt the LCA, and reverse the process? i need to tackle this project within the next couple days.
