opinions on this combo

I've pretty much settled on these parts:350 bored .020,AFR vortec 190cc,rpm air gap, holley 670 cfm, between 9.7-10:1 compression.I'm wondering about the cam. What do ya'll think of these two? Lunati #60110 with 211/219 duration @ .050 with 507/515 lift OR Lunati#60112 with 231/239 duration @ .050 with 535/550 lift. Truck is a 61 short with 3.90 rear and a TKO-600 tranny and 27'' tall tires.Planning on running power brakes so the question is "which cam would you pick and why?"All opinions/advice wil be appreciated!
