Flywheel question

I have a newish 350 crate motor (fits up to 85 I think) that I want to put into a 1969 K20 with a 4 speed so I need a flywheel and clutch, also need a new starter. Motor is presently in a C10 automatic so I don't have clutch etc. I see in the Summit catalog that they have 153 and 168 tooth flywheels and different diameter clutches. Is there anything to choose between the two flywheels ? Does that affect the size of clutch that I use ?
Thanks Bernie
