64 ton wheel fitment

I have a 64 GMC that my great grandfather bought new. It came as a 3/4 ton with a 305v6 and a sm420. Someone converted the rear to a one ton. I need to know the difference in the bolt patterns over the years. I dont know what year year it has. Will the wheels fit off a 79 dually?

I want to stick a dana 60 up front later, but at the moment i need new tires and no one will touch the spilt rims.
