converting from wide 5 to 4 3/4 disc

Right now my truck is wide 5 disc front brakes but I got a line on a really nice 10 bolt disc rear that is 5 x 4 3/4 bolt pattern and was wondering how hard it is to convert the front to 5 x 4 3/4 bolt pattern?

I thought i read it depends on the width of the disc brake rotor. I did some searching but I can't find any information on this swap.

So, if any of you know what is needed that would be great.
I would post some pics of my front disc setup but it is in another town right now getting body work/paint.

I am hoping it is as simple as buying the 5 x 4 3/4 rotors from Autozone and putting them on.

Thanks in advance for any replies and once I get the truck back from paint I will post some pics. I am going suede black (not flat) on the body, camaro gold on the top and inside of cab, black carpet/seat/gauges and suede black on the door inserts.
