The trans with O.D. came from a '57 passenger car, and I only swapped the gears in the rear end.
As for the cab mounts, to be honest, I'm not familiar with the differences between them, I've just noticed a heck of a lot of these trucks look as though they have a bad back. But you're right, it's probably bad mounts.
