No kiding, all base model 81-87's had the headlight set up yours does. That has nothing to do with the conversion he is referring to.Actually the truck was "sectioned" not channeled. If it has been channeled (doesn't look like it) that would not have any effect on the width of the fenders.

Not trying to be a smart a** in any way possible (computer always makes us seem this way) but could u explain what " sectioned" would be? I always thought that's what it was...
