Re: Project -underfunded - '68 shortstep/carb'd LSx/200-4r build
Installed all the new steering parts (Inner/outer tie rods, adjusters - others where almost new) today. I also drilled holes for the brackets and installed the Trick Flow pre-filter and A/C (Carter) fuel pump, and the regulator to carb -8AN S.S. line with Russell inline filter. Now I have a better idea of what I need in the way of AN fittings to complete the fuel system. My -8AN S.S. hose and 1/2" hard line came with with red/blue fittings and I had black on the truck...so I'll be ordering some more black AN fittings and a little more -8AN S.S. hose...as well as a few more odds and ends. Getting ready to start on the electrical...which means at some point...putting the radiator support back on.
Pics to follow tomorrow............too tired.
