Emmisions / Smog / DEQ / Hoses
I've been searching the forums....
The reason I started the thread here is because it's particular to these older trucks that don't require any inspections for conformance to Emmisions / Smog / Oregon DEQ. From the other threads I read; many of the replies got off track with environmental laws and inspections. - this does not apply to Oregon with this generation of trucks. I have pulled a 350 GM Goodwrench motor from a 1979 Chevy Suburb. I'm putting it in my 66. I need to get rid of the hose clutter and was hoping someone knew what was the best route; I have a few different areas of concern. First, Should I plug-up (cap-off) the hoses that went from the Carburetor to the Charcoal Canister? . . More pics and questions to come. Thanks
