Love of my life. 2000 T/A

I always wanted one of these since they came out in 98. I was finally able to swap some junk for this one. Body only has 72K on it but has had around 6 engines including a stroker ls1, ls2, lq4 etc. 9in rear end, and 400th trans. All before I got it. It now has a worn out ls1 and 4l60e out of a 2000 z28 hwy patrol car. and a junk yard ls1 rear end. BONE stock motor never had the valve covers off and rattles like hell. It has a 3200 stall, hooker super comp ceramic headers, and flowmaster cat back. slp air lid. tuned etc. With 3:23 gears.. With drag radials, best time I was able to get out of it was 7.83 in the 8th. Which is awesome out of a stock motor with no power adder! I picked this 6.0 up i want to swap in eventually after a freshin up and some upgrades. I JUST bought these racestar industries dragstars. I love these wheels. Its the only 15in rim that will clear factory brakes front and rear without any spacers or grinding on the calipers. Mickey Thompson 29s on the rear. Car still gets mid 20 mpg haha. I just installed the wheels and tires last week sorry no pics yet. I will get some new good quality non cell pics if anyone seems interested in this thread., I LOVE THE WAY IT LOOKS. I plan on getting it a VFN 4in raised sloped hood after the first of the year if I can afford it. And I would like to give the car a repaint. The previous owner removed all of the under hood a/c and brackets. I purchased all of this used from a low mileage wrecked in the rear 2002 ws6 convertible. I plan on installing all the a/c, installing the 6.0 and build the transmission all at the same time. The rear end thats in the car is really the wrong one for the car. My car has 4 channel ABS and this rear is from a car with only 3 channel. So it only has one speed sensor in the middle instead of one at each wheel. I got the right rear end the other day and a set of 3:73 Richmond gears to install in it. My car is tuned to have 3:73s and the converter is set up for them as well. With the new taller tires I can tell I REALLY need the gear as the car lugs now. SO if any interest shows in this thread I will follow along as I re-gear the new rear end and install it. As well as fix some things on the rear suspension the previous owner messed up.
