So I bought a pair of timberland work boots pro series Titan about 2 years ago and they have been great. I run a restaurant and I am on my feet all the time walking and standing on concrete and tile for. Any how the rubber on the side was starting to break down all I did was give em a call and I got to speak to a real person . They had me send the boots back and after they received.
