Need advice on 69 K10

So i bought this pickup from California off of Craigslist, I'm located in Nevada. The title, plates, registration, and insurance are all up to date and correct, but the guy i purchased it from was redoing alot on the truck, for iexample it has has a 454 crate, 6" lift, new steel cowl hood from LMC, newer doors, newer bench seat, new interior, etc. for whatever reason the VIN tags aren't riveted on, but everything matches and he clearly had it registered in CA hence the plates are still good for another 9 months. is it possible that anyone could tell me or show a picture on how the VIN tags are mounted from the factory?

As stated everything matches and was legally registered, plated, titled, and insured in CA, i just have to put the tags on because NV is really strict. any input is greatly appreciated
