Question 70 suburban lowering questions

So iv got a 70 gmc suburban that I want to lower and do some custom stuff to as it sits it has 6 lug drum breaks and is all stock, I have a complete frame from a 72 chevy pick up that is 5 lug disk break setup. I don't however have the break lines from the pickup so I'm wondering what all I need to get to do the swap? I also have 1 inch lowering coils for the front end but I'm not sure how to lower the back with what I have of if it is possible ? Any ideas without spending tons of cash ?
