new to me lincoln sp-135t questions

Ok so while in wallace, id for part of my christmas we went to the local hock shop just to kill time and i found my new to me lincoln sp-135t welder for $250, and the thing doesn't even look used, just mildly scratched and scuffed from being taken out of the box. But this is where i got a head of myself cause it didn't come with the ground lead or the feed gun and cable. So can i go to a weld store and buy/order those in generic form or do i have to get in touch with lincoln and get that stuff from them? Also what would i be looking at dropping $ wise on that?
