couple questions from a new guy - The 1947 - Present Chevrolet & GMC Truck Message Board Network

OK New to this forum , I have been looking at several Chevy/Gmc trucks for a daily driver..
Couple simple questions .
I was looking at a 62 with 350 vortex/ Turbo 350 with 4.11 rear end.
Seems to start right up sounds good but Owner says motor runs 3500rpms at 60mph claims it cause the turbo 350 and 4.11 rear end are not a good combo for this motor??
IDK I have had few V8/turbo 350 set up and never had this issue..
What do you think??
