HELP! Need door pictures

Ok guys im stuck........ I put my door together and here is the result. The vent window is the original part just with new rubber I installed. I know the outter scrapper is too long. Thats a start. But notice how the scaper does not touch the glass next to the vent. It looks great at the other side where it starts, and than it wanders away.

So, could someone please take a pic of this area on a driver side door?

Also the vent rubber does not contact the door. Shouldn't it?

Is the door tweaked up there?

I'm sure I am not the only one who has had this issue.

Any help would be appreciated!
