Lost oil pressure!

I was getting my truck ready last weekend to drive to work on monday and doing some repairs/cleaning. I removed the AC compressor which was bad and changed to a brand new water pump. I removed all the ac brackets as well. The temp gauge is busted and most of the other gauges are off, but now my truck starts and idles nice but has no oil pressure. I changed the oil about 2 weeks ago and checked it its nice and full but theres still no pressure. I can get on the free way and the needle just bounces between 0-20. Do you think somethings wrong or the gauge is bad? Any signs to look for?
